HSS: Home Support Scheme
A Project of CVSNWK.
The Home Support Scheme was started in 1989 to provide a caring, supportive, low-cost service for elderly and disabled people in the local area, enabling them to stay in their own homes as long as they wish.
The service aims to put people first and works on a Not-for-Profit basis.
The service provides domiciliary care, general household tasks, light cooking duties, washing, ironing and shopping. The service operates in Dartford, Swanley, Gravesend and surrounding villages.
The service is available from Monday-Fridays from 8.00am-4.00 for General Service.
Appointments for initial home visits can be arranged, free of charge, to discuss individual requirements
