Our Services

It’s Governance Week!

At CVS, we’re excited to share a fantastic new resource designed to help you reflect on your organisation’s governance. This tool is here to support you in continuing the impactful work that makes such a difference in our community.

We’ve created a short, 5-minute survey that guides you through key areas of governance, including trustees, policies, and leadership. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate your strengths and identify areas where you might want to grow.

By taking part, you’ll gain valuable insights into your organisation’s current practices and consider how you can build on them for even greater impact.

Once you’ve completed the survey, get in touch with us! We’d love to explore ways to support your next steps in governance and share some brilliant resources to help you along the way.

Your contributions are invaluable, and we hope this tool helps you strengthen your role in our local community.

If you have any questions or need a hand completing the survey, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help!
