Training
CVSNWK work in partnership with Adult Education to deliver the Response Training programme offering free training courses for the unemployed, low waged, low skilled workers to assist them into further training, to grow confidence to progress into volunteering and ultimately gain paid employment or progression within their employment.
The courses are very popular and range from Accredited courses – Emergency First Aid at Work, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene etc to more fun softer non accredited courses such as Craft, Floristry, Intro to British Sign Language, Mindfulness etc.

30th April 2025 Communication and Listening Skills for Volunteers. 10:00am - 2:30pm
7th May 2025 Intro to Assertiveness. 10:00am - 2:30pm
21st May 2025 Food Allergens. 10:00am - 2:30pm
4th June 2025 Emergency First Aid at Work. 9:30am - 4:30pm
2nd July 2025 Summer Crafts. 10:00am - 12:00pm
